Signals that
move revenue.

§1Operating principles

Four positions
we won’t drift from.

  1. §01

    No vanity metrics.

Impressions don’t pay payroll. We measure the line on your bank chart and trace every dollar back to a channel.

  2. §02

    Honest before clever.

We’ll tell you when a channel isn’t worth running, when an idea is bad, when you should hire in-house instead of paying us.

  3. §03

    Compounding over spikes.

A campaign that prints for nine months beats one that prints for nine days. We build for the long signal.

  4. §04

    You own the system.

Accounts, dashboards, docs, code, design files — all yours. No locks, no hostage data, no proprietary “platform” you have to keep paying for.

§2What we do

Four practices.
One operating system for growth.

Organic SEO

Rank where buyers already look.

Technical foundations, authority content, and intent-mapped pages that compound traffic for years — not weeks.

  • 01Technical audit & Core Web Vitals fix-up
  • 02Topical authority clusters & internal linking
  • 03Local SEO, schema, GBP optimization
  • 04Monthly KPI reporting on rankings, traffic, leads
§02 · channel open page →
Flag semaphore — P

Paid Ads

Spend that scales, not bleeds.

Search and social campaigns built around margin, not impressions. Every dollar reports back to revenue.

  • 01Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok Ads
  • 02Conversion tracking & server-side events
  • 03Creative testing pipeline (3–6 variants/week)
  • 04Cohort-level ROAS, not just last-click
§03 · channel open page →
Flag semaphore — W

Web Design

Sites that convert under stress.

Fast, accessible, conversion-shaped builds. Custom-coded or in your CMS — measured against revenue, not awards.

  • 01Framer, Webflow, or custom Next.js
  • 02Sub-second LCP, AA accessibility baseline
  • 03Conversion-rate-optimized layout patterns
  • 04Design tokens & a component library you own

AI Automation

Buy back the hours your team is burning.

Workflows that handle the busywork — lead routing, content drafting, reporting, support triage — so your people do work that moves numbers.

  • 01Inbound lead enrichment & routing
  • 02Drafting & personalization at scale
  • 03Reporting agents that pull from your stack
  • 04Support triage with human-in-the-loop

§4How we work

A repeatable three-act engagement.

§01week 0

Define the signal

We map your business outcomes to the marketing levers that actually move them. Vision, audience, constraints. No vanity metrics.

§02week 1–2

Chart the route

A 90-day roadmap with waypoints, owners, and the metric each waypoint moves. You see what’s coming before we start building.

§03week 3 →

Execute & report

Weekly progress, monthly KPI reviews, quarterly strategy resets. The work is visible. The numbers are honest.

§5The toolkit

The platforms we
actually operate.

We don’t reinvent infrastructure. We pick mature tools, run them well, and stay out of religious wars.

§7Not for everyone

We’ll save us both
the meeting.

A short list of situations where Semaphore Multimedia isn’t the right partner. Said up front, so neither of us wastes the discovery call.

  1. —01 You want a yes-agency that doesn’t push back.
  2. —02 You measure marketing in awards instead of revenue.
  3. —03 Your runway is shorter than the time it takes to compound a result.
§8Common questions

Asked often.
Answered honestly.

Don’t see your question? Ask it →

How fast can we get started?

Most engagements move from kickoff to first deliverable in under two weeks. Paid campaigns can go live inside 72 hours when conversion infrastructure already exists.

Do you work month-to-month or on contract?

Both. We prefer 90-day commitments because that’s the minimum window where the work shows up in your numbers. After that, month-to-month is fine.

Do you handle creative, or do we?

We can handle both. Most clients hand us the brief, the brand kit, and the goal — we return the assets, the copy, and the live campaign.

What’s the smallest engagement you take?

Single-channel retainers start at $4k/mo. Full-stack engagements (SEO + Ads + Site) typically run $9–18k/mo depending on scope.

Where are you based, and do you travel?

Atlanta, GA. We work with clients across the US and Canada and travel quarterly for in-person strategy days when it’s warranted.
