1 · What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you choose to give us — typically your name, email, company, the services you’re interested in, and your message. We also collect basic, non-identifying analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate region, device type).
We do not collect sensitive personal data, and we never ask for payment details through this website.
2 · How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, scope potential work, and follow up about a possible engagement. Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve the site’s content and performance.
3 · Sharing & third parties
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — for example, our email and hosting providers (WP Engine) — and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. Those providers are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
4 · Cookies & analytics
This site uses a small number of cookies for core functionality and privacy-respecting analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles of you.
5 · Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at signal@semaphoremulti.media and we’ll respond within 30 days.

6 · Retention
We keep inquiry data only as long as needed to evaluate and pursue a working relationship, and we delete it on request. Aggregate analytics may be retained longer in non-identifying form.
